Please no explicit emails When I confirm your appointment I will give you my personal phone number. Your time is as valuable as mine and I want to take care to insure that you have the best experience possible.

The field for provider reference  should also include what city she works in and her contact information and website and how she would rememeber you.If you have a board handle I would like to know as I would like to see as much of your personality as possible. I like to have at least one weeks notice for references from out of area providers.Contact me in advance of your stay for available dates and times. I am generally available from 3 pm till 10 pm weekdays and an occasional weekend if scheduled in advance

I also have alternative ways of screening if you don't have references.
